At Solbari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sun-protective apparel. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are unworn and in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
